Should One Expect a Reward When Doing a Good Deed?

　　Most of the adults and teenagers envy children and want themselves back to their kid-age as childhood is filled with joys and wonderful imaginations. Unfortunately, things have changed and are not the same as their dreaming childhood. In the contemporary society a lot of children are sent to all kinds of art classes by their parents and the nature of children, being lovely and innocent, is robbed by these classes.

　　Many people believe that attending various art classes will definitely benefit the children. They point out that art classes can develop their talent and stimulate the inspiration. What’s more, art classes can also provide children with different ways of seeing things. People also believe that art classes will also help children to develop the sense of beauty.

　　The opponents, on the contrary, claim that these classes may have negative effects on the children. First of all, taking more time on the art classes means that there is less time for children to do other activities, such as physical training, reading or just playing for fun. Also, if children are not into art classes, it will be a waste of both time and money for the family. They firmly hold the point that children should develop themselves psychologically and physically.

　　In my opinion, childhood is so precious that cannot be traded for anything. Children should be encouraged to fully enjoy the special period and have the right to make their own option about how to discover their genuine interest rather than be imposed to participate in art classes.
